6 Super Foods Help You Lose Weight

Weight loss comes down to simple when You have to eat fewer calories than you burn.

"There are particular meals that can help you reduce body weight," says Heather Mangieri, RD, Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics spokeswoman.

The body starts to shed weight easily when you add some Super Foods to your balanced diet which kick up your metabolism. So take this list when you go shopping:

1. Soup



Start your dinner with a cup of soup as an appetizer, and you may find yourself eating less. 5. Nuts 

For a quick snack, grab a small handful of mixed nuts like almonds, peanuts, walnuts, or pecans. Those who nibble on nuts consume less at subsequent meals. Nuts contain healthy fats that burn stored fat in the body 

6. Apples



Apples are a great source of fat burning. Because they are low in calories. 1 medium apple contains 95 kcal also it has antioxidants and fiber. Eating them is linked to a lower risk of obesity heart disease and cancer  Skipping the apple juice and eating whole fruit blunts appetite in a way that fruit juices and sauces don’t.
